- The person should have 2-4 years of hardcore corp sales experience. Experience should NOT be more than 4 years.
- We want to look at younger people, which will signal a different kind of quality. These people will come from not the IIMs, but the next set of colleges aka IMT, NM, SPJ, etc.
Region priority: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune.
Job Description
AVP Corporate Sales
- The candidate shall be responsible for nurturing and growing key accounts by understanding the business need and addressing them through a portfolio of assessment & recruitment solutions.
- He/she shall build relationships with top management of large enterprises (CXO/VP/Sr. Mgrs of HR, Business and Delivery Departments) yielding predictable, consistent and targeted business results.
- The candidate should have a strategic orientation to identify and transform people requirements into executable business opportunities within timelines internally, the candidate shall build effective and productive relationships with the client servicing team to ensure highest service levels and continuous engagement with the client.
- He/she should be capable of leading a team of account managers progressively.
