This opportunity is with NBFC, Reporting to Chief Risk Officer


Portfolio Monitoring and Analysis:

1. Monitor and evaluate performance indicators of Portfolio and study trends for growth and risk levels

2. Review the credit portfolio and propose appropriate corrective measures from time to time

3. Identify Early Warning Signals (EWS), Red Flag Accounts (RFA), and other portfolio related metrics

4. Ascertain/evaluate key risk indicators and track them

5. Review risk reports at an industry level to develop benchmarks/standards

6. Work with CICs to track industry level initiatives

Credit Risk policy:

7. Set and monitor threshold limits for various exposures/products

8. Vetting of policies & processes/guidelines for existing and new products

9. Amendments to policies/processes with regard to managing various risks

10. Review compliance of norms laid in policy

Credit cycle process monitoring and review:

11. Monitor credit processes, controls at an overall level

12. Review and analyse manuals/SOPs to determine process gaps/concerns etc that may lead to delinquency/fraud

13. To be part of pilots and/or new initiatives from risk team
