AVP - Corporate Quality - BFSI

Key Accountabilities :

- Identify process improvement opportunities in the business regarding Quality, Cost & Delivery

- Execute Medium/High impact Six-Sigma/Lean projects within agreed timeframes

- Mentor White Belt / Green Belt projects

- Enhance Quality DNA within Business functions by quality training & project mentoring

- Drive change through cross-functional teams

- Deliver QNI (Quality Net Income) & financial savings through projects

- Ensure adherence to project tollgate

- MS Office (Power point & Excel), MS Visio & MS Project

- Knowledge of Lean/ Six Sigma methodologies Education - Essential

- Graduate/Post Graduate

- White Belt trained/certified Preferred

- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/ Black Belt trained and/or certified Experience Essential

- 6 yrs of experience

- Experience in being part of Lean/ Six-sigma project teams
