Job Role :
- Managing and directing the Marketing Department, team initiatives, production and performance. Ensures all branding and marketing collateral/messaging created and distributed internally or externally meets company expectations, drives sales and brand reputation.
- Strategic planning including corporate positioning market and competitive
- Analysis, customer segment selection and penetration plans, and related product positioning.
- To act as the custodian for the Corporate Brand
- Directs, supports and monitors the team execution of the Annual Marketing Plan
- Oversee marketing communications digital reach out, e-mailers webinars, videos, brochures, white papers, trade shows, seminars and events collateral
- Plan and execute events round tables etc
- Participate in events, sponsorship's etc
- Work on developing info-graphics etc
- Define and direct marketing programs for demand creation, lead generation and interface with sales VP for lead tracking and management.
- Work closely with VP Sales to develop and manage channel and partner strategies and programs.
- Develop and manage the Company's entire marketing budget.
- Develop and track metrics and success criteria for all marketing programs and activities.
- Act as spokesperson for the company with press and analysts and at industry events.
Requirements :
- Experience 3-5 yrs of corporate marketing experience in leadership role.
- Excellent communicator, with experience of public speaking and good interpersonal skills.
- Extensive experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives.
- Thorough understanding of branding principles and approach/methods
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
- Ability to plan and manage at both strategic and operational levels.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a results driven, team oriented environment.
- Strong strategic planning and analysis skills in sales, marketing, and business (competitive) strategy.
- Capacity to assume more significant executive responsibilities over time.
- M.B.A. desired.
