AVP - Corporate Finance - Pharma/Manufacturing/FMCG - CA

Candidate should be a CA with 15 years experience Age 35 to 45 years salary 40 to 50 lakhs positions is Ahmedabad but cld be Delhi frequent travel to Kenya. Experience of having worked in Corporate set up majorly Pharma/ Manufacturing / FMCG

- Performing month end closure activities relating to closure of monthly accounts

- Preparation of various MIS reports (at an overall Company level as well as at a divisional level) for review by the Senior management as part of Operational reviews.

- Tracking and reporting of related party transactions for adoption and approval by the Board of Directors and audit committee.

- Preparation of various schedules and financial information for audit purposes (mainly relating for audit of standalone financial statements)

- Preparation of Group financial statements of the parent company and its subsidiaries (10 to 12 overseas

- Preparation and providing necessary information to auditors on elimination of intra group transactions

- Providing inputs and insights to management on Ind AS implications with respect to decision making by the Board.

- Alignment of the bottom up budgets with the Top down Financial model and approval of budgets to the different business units

- Monitoring Costs on a daily basis to control them within the budgeted levels

- Analysis of Budgets versus Actuals revenues and expenses and communicating with the business units to ascertain the reasons for variations.

- Suggesting new changes to the Budgeting and reporting systems , so as to ensure that they meet the user requirement
