A Leading Private Equity Fund is looking to hire An AVP for Corporate Communication.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

1) Supporting the Executive Director to spearhead, drive, and monitor the Group's corporate communications activities;

2) Working on branding presentations for internal and external purposes, including the use of graphics.

3) Pushing strong dissemination of media messages; help maintain and build media relationships with mainstream and trade media and online outlets; maintain updated contact lists; prepare press releases and pitches; work with media-related vendors, under supervision of the Executive Director, Corporate Communications .

4) To work to support creation of internal and external newsletters for the Group including proofing, editing, fact-checking, providing feedback and developing and maintaining freelancer lists under ED supervision; prepare an IP and editorial calendar and coordinate with relevant stakeholders in the Group, to support editorial process

5) To coordinate and support Group's role with external bodies such as PEI International, IVCJ, AVCJ, FICCI, CII, EMPEA, DealStreet etc. Ensure regular coordination, cadence, tracking, follow up

6) To work with various vendors from collaterals to website to printing and maintain list and contacts in alignment with ED.

7) To ensure high quality collaterals and alignment of brand guidelines across all collaterals (print, online, video, gifting, stationery, presentations, event collaterals, reports) from all offices.

8) Understanding of printing and printing processes and technicalities

9) Strong understanding of digital/social media medium and how it can be used to promote the business of the ES Group effectively

10) To support other Corporate Communication activities when required.

Qualifications:

1) The candidate should have the following minimum qualifications and experience:

2) A Master's degree in marketing or equivalent.

3) 8 - 12 years- work experience, especially in PR, brand strategy, editorial support and strong understanding of digital marketing and graphics

4) Very strong in power point, Graphics, understanding of how to create and apply Apps and Google analytics, SEO etc.

5) Strong skills in developing collateral materials--video, print, online, gifting, stationery, event collaterals like media kits, standees etc., and ensure they stick to brand guidelines
