JOB DESCRIPTION

Accountability / Key Performance Indicators-

- Deliver contractual documents

- Preparation of Civil Contracts, Hydro Mechanical Contracts, Electromechanical Contracts for hydro projects

- Preparation of Consultancy Contracts, if consultants are engaged for consultancy of any nature.

- Preparation of contracts of Engineering, Procurement and Commission (EPC) nature.

- Taking inputs for various stakeholders in finalization of Power Purchase Agreement

- Finalization of Implementation Agreement

- Project Timelines

- Strengthening existing C&C process & systems

- Contract documentation for routine project correspondences,

- Project Invoice processing system

- Number of documents

- Contract Management

- Contract administration which includes claim management and risk management

- Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI)
