AVP - Contract Negotiation - IT & Non IT Contracts

Job Role:

- Ideally looking for a lawyer who will be based in India & will coordinate with the legal team based onshore.

- The nature of work will be in terms of review, drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts (IT and non-IT).

KRAs:

Work in team with the stakeholders and provide assistance on:

- Review, negotiate and finalize contracts (IT and non-IT)

- Communicate with the relevant stakeholders (Sourcing and business) to understand the requirements in terms of contracts that need to be executed with the third party consultants/vendors

- Provide legal advice to the stakeholders as and when required

- Drafting and implementing policies

- Ensuring completion of various projects, reporting and updates (internal and regulatory)

- Liaison with the India Legal Executive Committee for successful implementation of strategies

- Overseeing the progress made by the business committees formed within the India Legal team

- Preparing presentations

Requirements:

- Min 6 - 10 yrs of experience

- Law degree from a reputed law college

- Experience in handling commercial contracts
