Role: Supervising Creative Producer

Academic Qualifications: Graduation, any discipline

Post Graduation,

Experience 5-7 years in content production in tv, ads or films. Out of which at least 2-3 years of creative experience in an Ad Agency is ideal.

Reports to Content Head

Role Summary

- Developing Create content (concepts) in consultation with business development team and based on client's brief. Create and manage production output from conception to delivery stages.

Technical experience:

- The role involves working across digital content production, marketing, technology including but not limited to websites, mobile and web apps, social media campaigns, viral videos etc.

- Need a creative resource who can develop client briefs into solid innovative digital solutions, working in tandem with Account Management.

- Resource should have a full understanding of digital space and platforms and be able to judge what the client's requirement needs in terms of a solution and the best platform and communication strategy for its realization.

- Must have some amount of client servicing experience. Role requires resource to work closely with Account Management from pitching to project delivery stage. Working with members of Account Management, Technical and digital marketing partners within the organization as well as external 3rd parties and clients to ensure the delivery of pitches and projects in line with agreed time, cost and quality constraints.

- An understanding of Digital Project/ Marketing Campaign execution processes and techniques.

- An appreciation of technology and technical issues, in both Web and Mobile.

- Fluent copy skills, should ideally be a creative writer or have experience managing copy teams or copy based projects in any capacity (web, Tv, film, ad films, magazine, newspaper etc).

- Should have a sound understanding of audio-visual productions and should be able to produce the same via their own network of producers/vendors for outsource audio-visual work.

- Should have a personal network of content creators across creative copy, audio-visual production, music direction, design and technology. Resource will be responsible for collaboration with different external resources on a day to day basis and will be responsible for negotiating the terms of their engagement from remunerations in a way that compliments given budgets.
