The position will be responsible to run the Business of Contact Center. In doing so, this role will provide contact center thought leadership, strategic and expert solutions and insights to drive growth and efficiency to help organisation achieve its goals. Responsibilities -&nbsp; - Own the workforce management team comprising of analytics professionals working on reporting, forecasting and staffing. - Good knowledge of tools like IEX, Tableau, Verant, SQL, etc. - Should possess excellent client relationship management skills. - Experienced in end to end workforce management in a contact center environment. - Good exposure to statistical tool and techniques involved in forecasting and staffing models. - Communicate effectively with Client, Process management &amp; WFM Team. - Insurance Exposure preferred. - Excellent interpersonal skills taking care of internal and external stakeholders.
