AVP - Compliance Analytics - SAS - BFSI

Looking for Analytics professionals for a Leadership position with a Banking major.

Expertise on SAS is mandatory.

Other skills required:-

- Strong Analytics/Modeling experience in any domain (Banking/Non Banking).

- Proficient in Statistical Techniques and analytical tools like SAS

- Delivering analytical solutions to solve business problems of moderate to high complexity

- Collaborate with business partners and provide Analytical solutions

- Strong analytical thought process and ability to communicate ideas

About the team:

The compliance analytics team will be involved in providing best-in-class Analytics solutions to the Financial Crime and Regulatory Compliance functions across lines of businesses and geographies within the organization. The team caters to both strategy and operations aspect of managing financial crime through a combination of regular processes and new development projects

Deliverables:

Lead the effort to assure comprehensive review of all potential compliance activities across the organization through seamless delivery of effective analytical solutions

Collaborate with business partners to address potential opportunities and needs for analytics- solutions; Conceptualize and build analytical solutions using statistical techniques (if required) to provide insight into the changing dynamics of Compliance activities;

Partner with stakeholders from Businesses and Regions to identify new opportunities and deliver results; Generate Business Partner confidence and work on obtaining further investment from business

Implement and execute a transparent communication model with business

Adhere to all process level SLAs and review them with business on a regular interval

Facilitate R&D on available data to come up with new and enhanced analysis of data; leverage advanced statistical/ math modelling where required to provide future state analysis and participate in proactive strategy building

Ensure adherence with all the applicable compliance policies (Data security policy, AML, operational risk, Functional manual, Group Compliance Manual, Audit recommendations, Internal Control requirements, regulatory guidelines etc.) and business standards of Organization as applicable. Take timely action on Audit comments and be able to demonstrate compliance with Internal controls
