AVP - Compliance

We have an opportunity with a leading Organisation into Capital Markets and Hedge Fund Administration for the below mentioned role:

Job Description:

- Liaison with banks for Bank Guarantees (BG)

- Managing the Statutory Compliances under Income Tax, Karnataka / Mumbai VAT, STPI, Customs, and Service Tax, transfer pricing etc.

- Appearing and completing effectively the Tax Assessments works before the respective Statutory Authorities.

- Vendor Payment analysis, Receivables Management and account Reconciliations to strengthen control points.

- Knowledge of FATCA

Shift:1-10 pm (UK Shift)

Qualification:

- CS/LLB/LLM

- Any certifications in Compliance and KYC would be an added advantage
