Position: AVP / Manager Total Rewards
Location - Mumbai
Exp: Post MBA 5 - 8yrs in Compensation & Benefits , Total Rewards
Qualification: Full time - MBA Tier 1/ Tier 2 Institute
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Majorly handled Compensation Benchmarking and Benefits
- Must have handled Compensation cycle , year end cycles , Performance appraisal cycle.
- Minimum handled 2-3 Full cycle of end to end process
- Develop and demonstrate good knowledge of Total Rewards function
- Majorly handling Compensation and Benefits activities for PAN india
- Planning and executing employee benefits and wellness initiatives
- Provide support for Compensation projects across India
- Provide Market Intelligence through different resources like secondary research, networking with compensation professionals in other peer firms
Desired Candidate:
- Must have good Understanding of Compensation and Benefits
- Must have handled end to end Year end cycle of Performance / incentive pay
- Must have 5+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits with Total Rewards
- Must be from Tear 1 / 2 institute MBA
