AVP - Compensation & Benefits - BFSI

AVP- Compensation & Benefits ( BFSI ) for a large and renowned company in the BFSI space. Seasoned HR professional with expertise in C&B in BFSI domain and exposure to Job Evaluation, Compensation benchmarking, PMS management, HR digitization may respond urgently to us.

Key Responsibilities Are:

- Design C&B strategy in line with HR and overall company strategy

- Monitor compensation trends, analyze and make recommendations

- Help in managing overall compensation budget

- Undertake compensation and benefits benchmarking, job evaluation studies

- Manage leadership team including CEO's compensation

- Manage statutory compliances around compensation related regulations

- Oversee HR digitization project

- Manage annual PMS and increment exercise

- Oversee payroll cycle
