AVP Company Secretary

- The role will oversee the secretarial function of the organization.

- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, corporate governance, management of the Board of directors and committee meetings and addressing shareholder concerns in a timely manner.

- Reporting to the regulatory bodies in compliance with listing guidelines. Keeping up to date with any regulatory or statutory changes and policies that might affect the organization.

- Ensuring that policies are up to date and approved.
