4. Ensuring Compliances with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, SEBI (Issue and Listing of Non-Convertible Securities) Regulations, 2021, & Other SEBI Regulations, Companies Act, 2013 and Regulatory filings.

5. Co-ordinating with various stakeholders internally and externally.

6. Laisoning with various stakeholders for BRSR/ESG compliances.

7. Driving Automation projects/Existing processes enhancements with best-in-class corporate governance practices.

8. Ad hoc assignments depending on the requirements from time to time.
