Role: Commercial Lines - Strategy & Special Projects

Level: AVP / DVP

Function: Commercial Lines SBU

Location: Corporate Office - Mumbai

Reporting to: President - Commercial Lines SBU

Role Objective / Purpose:

1. Setting strategic direction to establish near term goals for Commercial Lines Business.

2. Undertake Future value creation projects in Commercial Business.

3. Undertake special & critical projects Data & Analysis.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Guiding growth in preferred segments in Property, Marine, Engineering & Casualty Line of Business thro strategic interventions.

2. Driving automation for low touch and SME business

3. Portfolio monitoring - monitor portfolio composition, profitability, growth, etc.

4. System & Process Development & improvements.

5. Data & Analysis.

Qualification: Any Engineer and MBA from Top Business school.

Experience: 7- 10 years of experience in the GI industry.

Competencies:

1. Experience in business consulting to Insurance (P&C) clients focused on operating model transformation, business process improvement, business capability uplift, etc. with deep knowledge of insurance propositions, products, services, channels, functions and processes

2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

3. Sound analytical and numerical skills

4. Business Automation, Business Analytics & intelligence

5. MS Office Skills - Excel & PowerPoint

6. Good knowledge of Commercial Lines Business. Products,
