AVP - Collections - NBFC

Our client is a non-banking financial company which offers various products in Commercial and Retail lending They are looking for a Zonal/National Collection Manager for their Delhi/NCR office.

Some of the key responsibilities will include :

- Responsible for delivery of assigned targets.

- Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly collection procedures are run efficiently and effectively.

- Maintain the stated budget's collection.

- Create/supervise and implement collection strategy for the portfolio and resources given.

- Managing teams spread across Pan India Level.

- Coordinating with different stakeholders.

To be eligible for this role you will require :

- Minimum 15 years of experience in the collection (preferably PL/Fintech) domain.

- Strong leadership skills managing the large team size globally.

- Must have experience in both agencies and field-based collections.

- Developing and implementing a collection strategy, as well as pushing operational and strategic reforms.
