- Managing inventory of NPA for PAN India with Team size, followed by improvement in roll forwards.

- Proven success in Vendor management, Training, Strategic alignments, Team management, Cost containment & NPA management.

- Expertise in managing the spectrum of collection related activities like Procurement, Billing & encompassing strong quality control with necessary compliance towards portfolio outsourcing.

- Mobilize reporting and dashboards for specific review & feedback mechanisms with the team and also share the same with higher management for productive analysis & re-design strategically alignments as a way forward.

- Set up Audit process for Portfolio, Receipt books & ID cards with strong compliance as per organizational conduct.

- Instrumental in managing basic legal activities with initiating & using legal help for solving high delinquent cases. Leading the team for ombudsman escalation team for timely addressal & immediate action.

- 10+ years of experience in Mortgages / Home loans / Business loans / NBFC / Hard Bucket collections / Agency management and a good understanding of sec 138 and the arbitration process.
