Job Description:

Technical Skills

- Experience in architecture and development using: Deep Solutions Architecture experience using different technologies and design patterns example; Agile experience; Cloud, PaaS, DaaS;

- Big Data Analytics, Hadoop, Spark, Map-Reduce, Machine Learning, Predictive Analytics, NLP; AWS, Rules Engine

- Experience in mobile architecture and development using: Native and Hybrid approaches

- Cross-domain understanding of the applicability of software solutions and off-the-shelf software, as well as experience communicating technology strategy and direction for all levels of management, end users, and technical staff

Essential Functions

- Hands on experience in at least one core technology to build the cognitive solution e.g. open source tools, Microsoft Technology and techniques such as python/R

- Must possess a balance of analytical problem solving and strong interpersonal and relationship development skills.

- Communicates with Stakeholders (both Internal & External) for AA&R solution approach, Technical architecture and Information security & compliance requirements

- Extensive experience in Software Architecture and Design, Cross Technology/Cross Platform Application Design

Basic Function:

- Lead the technology architecture and design of complex, enterprise-level Cognitive applications and systems.

- Manage the technology architecture and design of complex, enterprise-level Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications and systems.

- Design, develop and build Demos, POCs and POVs to showcase Cognitive systems solutions and frameworks

- Apply knowledge to create an environment that fosters accountability, quality, commitment, growth and innovation.

- Provide post engagement architectural and artifacts along with other documentation and collateral

- Teaming with the local ecosystem of providers, developers, local center teams, sales teams and services providers to progress opportunities

- Ability to fine tune the solution using both software and hardware

- Porting and tuning Cognitive applications for performance and maximum throughput using modern GPU Accelerators

- Identify the industry leading Cognitive solutions / framework which match with client requirements and Implement, such as Caffe, Cortana, IBM Watson, Rage, TensorFlow etc.

- Research, analyze, recommend and implement new technologies, standard processes, tools and techniques to further the firm's software solutions offerings to support the business and review business process and technical solution designs to help ensure selection of appropriate technology, efficient use of resources and integration of multiple systems and technologies.

Process Specific Skills

- Understanding/Delivery Experience in a Business Aligned IT scenarios

- Understanding and experience of various SDL model Agile/Scrum, Waterfall etc.

Education Requirements

- Hands on Experience in developing Cognitive Solution

- Master's Degree from an accredited college/university preferred

Work Experience Requirements

- 10+ Years of experience in technology, application and information architectures and the delivery of applications in distributed processing environments and relevant architecture experience

- Proven to be Strong technical and business solution experience

- Experience in a BPO environment is preferred
