Job responsibilities:
The Client Services AVP position requires a dynamic person with experience managing a large group of high performing product consultants. They need to be capable of consistently ensuring a high level of quality of service with a 90% U.S. based clientele. Exposure to working with other cultures will be an added advantage, since there is significant coordination with the U.S. team.
- Extensive International Experience in Europe, US and Emerging Markets
- Experienced in leading and managing entire lifecycle process.
- Experienced in Account Management and growth
- Set up and led Marketing, Pre Sales, Business Research and Knowledge Management functions
- Involved in Business Strategy & Business Innovation projects
- Maintain awareness of Sales goals and how CS can be used to reach those goals
Candidate requirement:
- 10+ years of experience in servicing business clients
- 5+ years managing large service groups
- Experience in customer support and technical support mandatory
- Ability to track key performance metrics and make business decisions
- Manage communication with internal departments and external clients
- Motivational leader who is sensitive and vocal to our client’s needs
- Articulate with a good command of the English language
- Worked through the ranks of a client service division a plus
