Leading Digital Marketing company is looking for an AVP- Client Servicing.
Candidate should possess at least 5 years professional experience in client servicing / key account management in a digtial agency of repute.
The Client Servicing team is responsible for the management of campaigns from signature to execution. The AVP's role will be to develop the Client Services staff, assign project work, review workload for direct reports and manage high profile relationships. Other important components to the AVP position will be to conceptualize, execute and optimize digital marketing programs as well as develop policies and procedures to streamline workflow. Essentials are a person who creates positive work environment to enable growth for the team.
Job Description:
- Client Servicing, Crisis Management, Business Harvesting and Strategy in the Leadership role.
- Client management via regular liaison on key issues
- Responsible for business expansion
- Provide strategic directions on Digital planning
- Building strong client relationships & Establishing clear lines of communication
- Growing existing client billings, Growing client revenue by up-sell and cross-sell solutions.
- Involved in making strategies, defining project scope, promotional plans, brand advertising strategies for the client.
- In depth analysis and use of Web Metrics Strategically for better decision making
- Analyzing and monitoring market trends and competitive environment
- Coordination with the team members in achieving the set objectives
- Provide guidance, direction, coaching and development to all members of the Client Services team.
- Delegate duties to internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Act as a liaison with all department heads to coordinate and manage the flow of information as it relates to implementing the campaigns.
- Manage timelines to ensure maintenance of client scheduled deadlines.
- Ensure smooth delivery and consequently a Happy Client.
