Job Description:
Support the development and implementation of the Global Shared Relationship Management interaction model
Supports the design of the relationship management tools
Responsible for tracking relationship management success across regions and functions
Supports Relationship Management training, and learning
Provides coaching to Global Shared managers and teams in the use of Relationship Management tools.
Required Skills:
Bachelors Degree (Business Management, Business Administration); an MBA or Masters degree is a plus
10 - 12 years of working experience with at least 5 in a relationship management or client advocacy role with a business to business service provider or consulting company
Experience with relationship management processes and procedures especially as it relates to sourcing and/or shared services configurations; experience with CRM software a plus
Familiar with relationship management framework and tools to measure success
Familiar with client satisfaction surveys
