- Minimum 8-10 years of post-qualification experience out of which the last 5+ years should be in the BPM industry

- Previous experience in managing Client Operations (Preference - Utilities) is preferred

- Responsible for overall management and oversight of the assigned areas branches including planning, strategy, organizational structure, budget and resource allocation

- Keeps abreast of new technologies and applications, and their implications for the assigned area

- Support the business location strategy, seeking opportunities to hub or de-hub processes as appropriate whilst maintaining resiliency capabilities at all times

- Recognize and drive regional improvement opportunities arising from local situations

- Ensure all operational procedures are in compliance with industry and legal regulatory rules and guidelines both locally and globally

- Build exceptional relationships with business partners and stakeholders

- Ensure implementation of best practices across the assigned branches

- Ensure sufficient internal controls and procedures to minimize risk - able to drive the risks and controls agenda
