Opportunity for Client Onboarding - AVP with one of the leading Investment Bank in the world.
Location - Mumbai
Experience - 10+ years (Must have experience of working at an AVP or an equivalent level with an investment bank)
Roles & Responsibilities -
- Own and resolve all issues during the onboarding process to manage client expectations and should be able to handle difficult situations with assertive skills
- Manage queries from multiple teams related to the process and drive to resolution in a collaborative approach.
- Identify exception cases, escalate whenever required and work towards resolutions.
- Drive and implement relevant KRI and reporting to track aged requests and ensure transparency in highlighting key risk items with effective escalation management.
- Manage escalations and keep consistent communication across regions along with upstream and downstream functions.
- Participation for implementing process / firm wide initiatives and identify process improvements. Drive efficiency opportunities in the daily workflow.
