Key Responsibilities:
1. P&L - Leading the complete business operations for the city which includes 'acquire' and 'sell' transactions thus making revenue for the company.
2. Building Team - Onboard and groom a team of managers and executives across verticals with an objective to have dominance in the Gurugram region across micro markets
3. System and processes - Develop strong tracking mechanism to identify leakages and growth opportunities.
4. Channel development and performance - Leading the channel strategy for the region including target setting, incentive structure and growing the broker network
5. Sales and Strategy - Building top line while looking for strategic alliances and collaborations.
Qualifications:
1. Graduation + MBA (sales and marketing preferred)
2. 5+ years of working in real estate sector
3. Proven track record of generating revenue in real estate transactions
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Hunger for learning and a proactive, self-starter mentality
