The role would entail the following: - Should have extensively worked with DCM sales team, good product knowledge on bonds / CPs a must, well versed with regulations governing Indian fixed income market - Should have a good understanding of Indian economy, well connected with a broker network, ability to read the pulse of the market - Should be independently able to price a credit/bond, gather accurate feedback from the prospective investors on pricing and appetite Should be independently able to carry out end-to-end bond execution processes such as: - Advising Issuer on regulations, issuance process - Structuring and preparation of bond term sheet, bond cash flows etc - Understanding of the transaction documents - Should be part of DCM team of any Bank like Axis bank, HDFC bank, ICICI Bank, SBI Capitals. Open to look at any market person from good Brokering companies
