AVP - Change Management - Treasury

The prime responsibility of this position is to examine the roles of the key treasury departments - front office, middle office, and treasury operations. Understand the deal life cycle for key instruments from consummation to post-settlement reconciliation. Manage MID office deliverables as per agreed time frame and with 100% accuracy.

- Mid office shall lead the interaction between front office and back office.

- Preparation of daily P&L for the Treasury books & reporting, trading book configuration and management.

- Reconciliation of P/L with books of accounts.

- Should be able to handle Cash Flow movements.

- Should be able to handle margin call and fund movement between the different counterparties.

- Prepare and Interpret the risk reports for treasury

- Monitor and report risk exposures and excesses

- Should have knowledge of banking and fund transfer process.
