AVP - Change Management - Investment Banking

We are looking for AVP - Change Management for a leading Investment Bank. Job Location is Gurgaon.

Responsibilities:

Strategize & implement the Operational excellence plan for the Operations Vertical of the Bank.

Preferred - Lean six sigma MBB certified.

Driving change and managing operations in Investment Banking middle & back office operations for various Fixed Income & Equities products.

Execute business process re-engineering and Lean & Six Sigma projects.

An effective communicator with good analytical, customer & stakeholder management skills.

Minimum 9+ years of experience in leading change projects with operations division in Investment Bank.
