AVP - Cash & Securities Services - BPO/KPO

Primary Responsibilities:

BM function includes managing following tasks for overall ICSS business:

- Understand and monitor business drivers

- Budgeting & Forecasting exercise

- Perform revenue / expense analysis by including commentaries

- Creation of business reviews/ strategy updates for Senior Management/ ExCo

- Sales pipeline management

- IT Project spend tracking against budgets

- Driving value added initiatives - Product benchmarking, Client profitability, Wallet Sizing & Competition

- Day-to-day liaising with stakeholders like the Senior Management, Regional Business Managers, Market Heads, Finance, Sales & Operations

Qualification: Post graduate, preferably in business or commerce or MBA/CFA/CA
