AVP - Captive - Banking Operations

We are hiring for Noida based Captive unit for AVP role,PFB brief JD

1) Should have experience in Staff Expense Processing & Audits for multiple countries.

2) Deals with colleagues from various functions across the bank for their staff expense processing related queries which involve liaison with various personnel in a senior capacity & working across multiple departments

3) Stakeholder Management – proactively engage with key customers onshore and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders

4) Be an accountable executive for the Staff Expense (Global T&E) processing teams

5) Ensure process compliance with all policies and regulations, and adherence to all operational processes and procedures

6) Review of daily, weekly, fortnightly Controls Checklist to ensure the Compliance Procedures are followed.
