AVP - Capital Markets - FinTech (6-10 yrs)
Key responsibilities -
- Onboard new lending partners and manage relationship with existing ones.
- Manage cost of fund targets based on AOP agreed with the management.
- Setup/optimize internal processes for lender reporting, deal structuring, compliance and lender management.
- Working closely with external stakeholders like rating agencies, law firms, trustees etc. to ensure timely execution of transactions.
- Periodic reporting to internal stakeholders regarding progress and achievement of AOPs.
Desired qualifications -
- CA/CFA or MBA from top tier institutions
- At least 6 years of relevant work experience in debt capital markets. Experience in originating/placing structured transactions will be preferred.
- Strong inter personal skills
- Relevant experience of dealing with senior officials in debt capital markets
- Self-motivated for taking up and delivering on multiple challenges in a startup ecosystem.
