MUST - Candidate must have experience with IT/ITeS companies into Capability Development(L&D) for Digital Transformation COE/Practice etc
- Drive capability development for Digital transformation of EXL
- Engage with leadership to define digital capability development strategy, generate buy-in, rally internal and external stakeholders towards building the right digital capabilities
- Own needs assessment, design, and development, sourcing of learning partners, deployment and measurement of learning and talent programs for digital capabilities
- Define digital skills and capabilities that are required across various audience segments
- Manage the change program to institutionalize digital capabilities, targeting differentiated needs across the various audience segments
- Identify, source and deploy tools, systems, and resources needed by the company for ongoing development of digital capabilities
- Plan digital curriculum and calendar, develop new learning materials with digital capability as an outcome
- Manage digital Community of Practice to promote ongoing learning by leveraging the network for best practices, new idea generation, and vetting, sharing of relevant templates/case studies/documents and spark & spark relevant discussions and point-of-view
- Curate learning resources on digital capabilities from the open eco-system available online and offline; define clear and structured learning paths from curated assets; deploy and track
- Drive digital thought leadership through focused research, articles, case studies, industry interactions, and point-of-view sessions both internally and externally by EXL leaders
