- Spearhead the campus strategy for the businesses in partnership with HR and Business teams to facilitate hiring of Graduates/ MBA's /CA's etc from Campus and further the branding exercise to be able to successfully attract talent from targeted hiring campuses and at the same time enhance and strengthen the Brand on these campuses.
- Responsible for end to end recruitment within the stipulated timelines and building the talent pipeline for the businesses to achieve the hiring targets.
- To build successful partnerships with local and regional stakeholders, benchmark & adopt recruitment best practices.
- To effectively manage recruitment systems, use of recruitment processes to facilitate seamless on-boarding of new hires and leverage on available technology tools to facilitate the recruitment process and drive strategic initiatives such as internal mobility, employee referrals and direct sourcing.
- To identify & report on recruitment matrices impacting HR and business performance and generate timely reports on recruitment analytics to facilitate effective business decision making.
- Participate in building on vendor relationships, monitoring and reporting periodically on vendor performance to improve candidate conversion ratios & overall quality of vendor service such as timely and high quality market intelligence.
