- The role of Assistant Vice President (AVP) -Female for Campaign Operation (Delivery/Transformation) as part of campaign management landscape & is based at AIM COE- Chennai Center. This role will be a hands-on techno functional architect role & reports to the SVP/VP.

Role and Responsibilities:

Business/Department/Objectives:

- The role of AVP - Campaign Operation Lead reports into APAC Campaign Head. The role will support our APAC business partners for campaign operation across cards and retail banking

- Candidate will play a solution architect role in migrating the traditional SAS based campaign delivery system to state of the art Platform on big data eco-system.

- Proven experience in creating robust delivery system covering the key objectives as automation, quality controls & governance

- The candidate should be able to build & implement strategy for delivering customer communications using decision engines

- Executing the plan for deploying analytical models to aid real time decision making

- Play Techno Functional role by providing technical solution to a business problem

- Monitoring the pulse of business keeping an eye on the huge data flow across multiple systems, flagging the production failures & recommending preventive measures

- Adoption of Visualization tool for monitoring the offers data for cross product offers sent to customers

- Understand the Business, independently manage end-to-end project communication with business partners, mentor junior analysts, lead by example etc. and display a proactive learning attitude

Core Responsibilities:

- Act as techno functional architect to implement campaigns on Big Data Platform to send right offer to right customers for multiple banking products like Cards, Loans and Retail etc.

- Suggest robust programming solutions using Pyspark/Python

- Integration of multiple data sources (including model scoring, offers, customers feedback, real time decision making - Basic understanding of Machine learning and Data Mining) into Big-data eco-systems for successful execution of campaigns

- Design & implement governance framework to support the banking audit & compliance needs

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

- Strategize and implement robust Campaign Management Platform for New Development / EAP (Big data) User Story Implementation

- Adoption / Migration of traditional SAS based campaign delivery system to EAP/Big data Platform

- Interacting with Business Partners and Technology Teams, acting as a techno-functional expert to recommend optimum data management solutions

- Interact regularly with Partner leadership to set and manage expectations aligned to group capabilities and work to deepen existing relationships

- Execution and delivery of end to end solution for sending offers to the customers & capturing the response

- Ensure adherence to SLAs

- Process Automation and Enhancements

- Communication and Relationship: Independently manage end-to-end project updates and partner communication across the various levels in the organization. It is extremely critical to develop and maintain smooth relationship with partners across business units

- Presentation of results to business partners and COE senior management

Team Management

- Manage and mentor a team of 4-5 information solutions analysts/vendors

- Coach all team members by sharing Business, Functional and Technical expertise

Education:

Required :

- Bachelors/Masters with strong programming and solution designing skills

- Should have experience is leading large transformations on Big data Eco Systems

Experience:

- Required

Relevant work experience in Solution Designing / Reporting within Banking / Financial Services / Consulting / Analytics Industry

- Experience in leading teams delivering on key business initiatives

- Effectively communicate strategic considerations with team, partners and senior management.

- People management experience mandatory

- Working experience in Visualization tools like Tableau/Cognos will be preferred.

- Very strong in Python/PySpark programming & Hadoop Systems

- Technical know-how preferred on - SAS, Tableau, VBA, CRM systems - like Salesforce etc.
