AVP - Business Transformation - Insurance

Roles & Responsibilities :

- The incumbent will lead business / operations transformation projects

- Responsible for both people management as well as individual ownership of project modules

- Help in improve and sustain business performance with focus on change management and internal capability development

- Team management & development and extensive stakeholder management

Desired Profile :

- MBA (or equivalent) from Tier 1 B-School is preferred

- 10-15 years experience in carrying out transformation projects with a reputed consulting firm

- Must have exposure towards insurance sector, strong knowledge of the insurance field

- Should have led project teams in the capacity of overall project manager

- Excellent skills in communication, articulation & stakeholder management
