AVP - Business Transformation
Reporting to the Director of Business Transformation & Quality, the Assistant Vice President - Business Transformation will be responsible for planning, prioritizing and managing delivery of business process improvement projects across the global organization, partnering with Sponsors & Business Owners to drive execution of the improvement initiatives, monitoring & reporting implementation progress.
- Collaborating with global stakeholders and building consensus on improvement opportunities at global locations.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree
- 12-15 years experience, with at least 7-8 years experience in Process Improvement, Business Transformation
- Certified Master Black Belt
- Expert in Minitab, Visio, process modeling tools, strong analytical skills, expert in identification and usage of process improvement tools and approaches
- Creating high impact business strategy presentations/ storyboarding skills
Timings: 2 PM -11 PM
