Job Responsibilities:

- Reporting to Head of Channel Sales - Emerging Business Branch

- Co-ordinating between the Zonal Head, Regional Business Leader & Cluster Business Leaders for various data & MIS.

- Coordinate for new branch hiring with business leaders and HR

- Ideate and implement various contests and schemes for business enhancement

- Preparing Reports for Head of Channel Sales on Performance on various parameters

- Coordinate with various departments for setting up new branches

- Following up Cluster Business Heads Pan India regarding Exception Management.

- Releasing Entire Performance of the Sales team every Quarter.

- Part of the Monthly Concall for discussing performance of regions & taking targets from Regional Sales Team.

- Analysing the performances of Various Programmes.

- Launching Contests PAN India and driving the contest to improve productivity.

- Involved in the Hiring process for the region which includes short listing of CVs & arranging
