About the Role:
- We are seeking a driven and results-oriented AVP - Business Support (Sales and Program Management) to join our team in Mumbai in a hybrid work environment.
- You will play a pivotal role in building and managing strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and account owners to achieve organizational goals.
- We seek a highly communicative and assertive individual with 6+ years of experience in project/program management, partner relations, and compliance (financial services preferred). Experience in account management, negotiation, and partner visits is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Stakeholder Management:
- Foster effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders, partners, and account owners to deliver on program objectives.
- Proactively identify and address potential issues or challenges impacting program success.
Risk Management:
- Identify and assess program risks, developing and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Monitor potential issues and proactively address them to ensure smooth program execution.
Partner Experience:
- Act as an escalation point for partner concerns, partnering with internal teams for timely resolution.
- Champion the voice of the partner and ensure their needs are addressed efficiently.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes and systems to enhance partner experience.
Governance & Compliance:
- Maintain high-quality standards by meticulously examining proposals and ensuring adherence to established frameworks.
- Support partners in adhering to IRDA guidelines, including user onboarding, user journeys, and reporting.
- Actively participate in internal and external audits.
Financial & Operational Management:
- Collaborate with the finance team to record and manage expenses.
- Oversee commercial distribution activities.
- Ensure proper record-keeping for audit purposes.
Team Development:
- Foster a positive learning environment by providing regular training for recruits.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's or Master's degree, with 6-8 years of experience in:
- Managing key account partnerships and partner relations, especially within the financial services industry.
- Governance and compliance practices.
- Project/program management.
Skills & Competencies:

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to align initiatives with business objectives.
