The candidate will work closely with Head - Product & Segment and Business Head in formulating and implementing various strategic initiatives for the wealth management segment.  Customer segment includes people who have a minimum investible surplus of Rs. 5 crores, and can go upto some of the largest families of the country. These will have prominent industrialists, professionals (lawyers, doctors, CAs etc), CXOs, and will go on to emerging businessmen.  Grade: AVP 1 /AVP 2  Experience: 8-15 years  Reporting - Head - Product & Segment  Key responsibilities: The candidate will be responsible for :   a) RM productivity - implementation of reward programs along with Product Head to drive specific agenda, and also to drive overall RM performance and productivity  b) RM Training and development  c) Client Mapping - client mapping process to FAs, and optimal process to ensure equitable allocations and timely redistribution  d) Client acquisition - To work with respective zonal heads and design and implement city specific events - both for customer experience and also for acquisition. These events would either be with luxury brands or can of cultural type.  e) Defining and implementing unique benefits available to the clients being a part of this segment. This would include implementation of customer onboarding experience etc.  f) Customer satisfaction scores - tracking improvement areas, work will senior management to define and implement specific projects to improve the scores  g) Work with the CO (corporate office) on sub-segmentation to have a deeper understanding and bring defined value proposition for these sub-segments; thus increasing our reach to each of these sub-segments.  h) Data Analytics - to feed CO with relevant data, trend that can h Sunayana L
