AVP- Business Reporting - SQL/Python/Macro - Financial Services - CA

AVP- Business Reporting (SQL, Python, Macro), Dadar (Mumbai) - CA Qualified

What you'll be doing:

- Leading Business Reporting team providing regular and adhoc reports and business analysis to management.

- Conducting monthly Business Review with the executive management.

- Develop and implement regular reports and dashboard to provide executive view of the business to Management.

- Liase with different business heads to setup regular reporting pack for different departments.

- Participate / lead in the target setting exercise as well as set processes to monitor actual performance against target and highlight deviations.

- Set up process for capturing new KPIs, that may be required from time to time, in consultation with finance and business teams.

- Perform adhoc analysis and provide insights on the business performances.

Who we're looking for:

- CA or more than 3 years of relevant experience in lead role.

- Experience in Broking / retail / Financial services

- Experience / knowledge of SQL, Python, Macro or such scripting language would be preferred.

- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire team and colleagues,

- Can-do attitude,
