- Analytics CoE provides support to various business groups and the job involves data analysis, model and strategy development and implementation, reporting and data management. It forms the information basis for strategic planning by the senior management for businesses and enables effective decision making to satisfy business needs and requirements along with addressing unforeseen challenges.

- This role is to support Retail Risk Management by handling complex operational demands and develop sustained processes to strengthen the hiring, training, budget, project management and Business Risk and Control Management capabilities working in coordination with internal and external constituencies

Impact on the Business [COMPLETE 3-4 AREAS]:

- Identify key operational challenges and formulate initiates to minimize them, garners support from relevant stakeholders and tracks & monitor progress.

- Act as project manager for identified strategic initiatives ensuring follow-through and sustaining momentum needed to drive initiatives to completion.

- Direct and manage aspects of the BRCM function and capability in the execution of an effective operational risk and internal control management program, identifying and assess operational risks and controls within risk teams.

- Assist risk analytics team in establishment of ''end to end'' ownership of operational risks, controls, and processes by monitoring the ongoing effectiveness of key controls.

- Partner with business leaders including line managers and HR colleagues to drive people strategies along with appropriate organizational effectiveness interventions when required.

- Provide ongoing analysis and decision support to the team to improve productivity and governance.

Customers / Stakeholders :

- Demonstrated ability to deal with highly confidential information and act as a liaison between GAC leadership team and other constituencies, both internal and external.

- Role requires regular interaction and working with senior members (Band 4 and above) with GAC and across regions.

- The establishment of the Global Resourcing business is a major Group Strategic initiative which seeks to achieve cost savings, service improvements and competitive advantage through the use of the high skill / low cost base available in Asian countries.

- The job holder will need to develop and maintain the confidence of the migrating business partners and continually “sell” the capabilities of the GAC within the Group. An appropriate relationship management structure must be maintained to ensure that Business Partners’ expectations are understood, discussed and measured against agreed performance standards.

- As a key member of the Global Resourcing senior management team the job holder is expected to help shape future business strategy and define long term contribution to the group

- Master’s Degree.

- Minimum experience of 8+ years demonstrating strong trouble shooting and creative solution skills.

- Project management background.

- Excellent communication skills and project management skills.

- Strong analytical skills with an ability to grasp new concepts quickly.

- Good organizational, analytical, problem-solving and verbal and written communication skills
