We have a leadership role of AVP - Business Planning with my client based in Noida. Following is the Job Description for the same.

Job Title/Designation : AVP - Business Planning

Reporting To : VP - Finance & Accounts

Location : Noida

Must Have : MBA from IIM/ISB/IIFT/SP Jain/FMS ONLY

Key Responsibility :

- Preparation of Annual Operating Plans & Long Range Plans

- Review of Business Proposals - Pricing Management, Incentive policies, New Initiatives

- Key Business and Financial updates to the Board of Directors

- Competition Benchmarking and Analysis

- Commercial evaluation of various Cost and Pricing Proposals

- Monthly Performance Analysis & forecast

- BSC /KRA formulation for all the functions basis AOP and tracking thereon

- Analyzing bottoms up AOP to identify embedded opportunities and risks and bridge gap vs. top down

- Cost reporting and variance analysis Vis a Vis the budgets

- Budgetary Control.

- Capital Expense tracking to achieve higher capital productivity.

- MIS Automation

Qualification : Qualified MBA from a reputed institution

Experience : 8 - 10 years of Post Qualification industry experience
