Description

- Candidate will be responsible for the business planning and budgetary exercises, work along with business heads on determining the overall plan of the organization.

- There is equal importance on the knowledge and hold on use of analytics tool and platforms.

- The candidate is also required to create business actionable out of the planning and budgetary exercises with focus to get someone who does not see business planning as an academic exercise, rather as an avenue to strategic decision making .

- Revenue and performance reporting across whole India

- Rolling out monthly and quarterly performance scorecards comprising P&L.

- Monthly client revenue reporting for the organization including monthly employee scorecards.

Profile

- Require MBA Finance with 8 years of work experience in Business Planning and Analytics in a pedigreed organization

- High focus on business partnership and strategic thinking

- Candidate could be from BFSI or any customer facing industry

- CA is also strong preference

- The successful candidate will be reporting into Head Business planning and Analysis
