Banking background - 8 to 10 yrs in banking company or industry

Experience in finance business partner, financial analysis, business managers from a banking background

Degree in Finance - CA, MBA

- Must be very Strong with excel and power point

- Strong Communication Skills and Stakeholder Managment

- Strong financial background - score card, budgeting performance

- Experience with TM1 (Table master 1) as an added advantage

- Added Python & PowerBI

The Opportunity : The purpose of the Business Performance Reporting Manager role is to provide expert support and assistance in providing business performance, operational efficiency and value- added advice and services. The role will be quite dynamic and will require the candidate to be able to handle multiple, evolving tasks as required. The role holder will be expected to drive projects through to completion, working through complex issues with minimal supervision.

Qualifications - External

What you will need to succeed in the role:

- 10+ years' experience in business performance, cost management, financial analysis, trend analysis and quantitative analysis in a strategy consulting firm or leading global/regional financial institution.

- Proven track record on problem solving skills and navigation within complex networks.

INTERNAL:

- Sharp business and commercial acumen, management of financials, ability to make and influence strategic decision.

- Advanced excel and PowerPoint skills are a must. Knowledge of VBA a major benefit

- Effective strategic thinking and problem-solving ability (critical analytical thinking)

- Ability to deliver senior management-ready, high-quality materials.

- Ability to identify, manage and mitigate risk effectively.

- Results-oriented; ability to deliver within deadlines by working independently and able to work in a small team with a flat structure.

- Excellent organizational and planning skills.

- Strong communication skills (written and oral) as well as energetic, positive attitude and a team player
