Job Responsibilities :   - Lead the sales team to drive sales of retail assets, namely PL, Auto Loans, HL etc.   - Drive efficiency of the channel networks and direct sales team to achieve set targets for retail asset sales and cross sell while maintaining acquisition costs  - Developing and managing a network of channel partners  - Device and implement sales strategy for internal and external channels fro achieving desired results  - Liaison with internal departments to understand products, consumer behavior and portfolio performance for process improvements.  - Ensure consistent and efficient delivery of customer service  Suitable candidate :   - You will come with 7-15 years of relevant experience in retail asset sales and channel management. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
