AVP Business Intelligence

Data in the current business environment is the key for business success. We are looking for folks who can convert the immense data that we generate into actionable insights for business and product teas. This person should have the ability to challenge the status quo by providing thought leadership, developing team competency, bringing industry best practices and building strong relationships across business and product functions.

Key Responsibilities-

- Serving as central BI owner to create, maintain and enhance multiple data solutions based on end-user feedback, working with Tableau dashboards, CRM tools and other data sources

- Provide thought leadership to the BI team to bring industry best practices and drive BI maturity in the organization

- Set up processes to work closely with business teams to gather and analyze requirements, and coming up with effective solutions based on available options

- Developing and implementing BI through working in Agile teams

- Providing business analysis and data modeling design to collect, standardize, maintain, monitor and audit business data for effective centralized BI reports and dashboards

- Creating interactive dashboards and reports through Tableau and other BI tools

- Excellent visualization skills to communicate complex business metrics seamlessly

- Supporting acceptance, governance, resource management and performance of the Business Intelligence team

- Developing and maintaining processes of automated data and using various business intelligence reporting tools to create dashboards

- Providing coaching and training support for business units for faster adoption of reports and dashboards

- Develop, attract and invest in talent - : Create both a career and development path for the current team

- Create a sustaining learning culture, and a robust succession plan for all levels of the group

Capabilities :

- Strong leader with 10+ years of experience in business intelligence.

- Experience of managing a high-performing team of more than 10 people

- Excellent BI skills with experience in data modeling, pipelining, reporting, visualization and business understanding to create business specific reports and dashboards

- Exceptional oral and written communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with both business unit and product teams.

- Extensive experience of stakeholder management in cross-functional teams

- Ability to get to handon (if required) and help drive team maturity and best practices

- Must Have Technical Skills - Tableau, Power BI, SQL

- Good to have Technical Skills - Python
