AVP - Business Head - eCommerce

Responsible for P&L of the entire eCommerce business operations

The business head will manage the complete team of Category, digital marketing, SEO etc.

- Conceptualizing & implementing business plans/policies, organizing promotional campaigns and ensuring accomplishment of goals. Uniquely identify emerging trends within each region whilst applying this knowledge to leverage sales

- Acquire in-depth knowledge about key industry performance indicators

- Develop sales/ marketing strategies, effectively communicate it to the team and, successfully translate them into revenue,Effectively manage, train and communicate KPI's to teams.

- Preparing budgets as well as developing plans for the achievement of business goals; devising & implementing promotion plans and concepts to generate business.

- Formulating strategies and reaching out to the unexplored market segments/customer groups for business expansion.

- Developing and analyzing management information to monitor the business performance and operational efficiency.

- Conceptualizing & contributing value additions, implementing management systems in the organization.
