Responsibilities : - Partner with the Business Head (BH) in charting out the finance priorities in supporting the business - Develop, assess, and implement financial objectives and operational policy i.e., pricing vs expectations, MPR / LRP / Disc. - Ability to analyze product configuration, billing and contribution analysis. - Act as key advisor on resource enhancement and operational policy, providing guidance, education, and training. - Oversee and assist management with annual and capital budgeting, cash flow, financial statements, O/s and recovery plans and allocation. - Drive Pricing and Exceptions decisions with the BH - Decide on the MPR/LRP and Discounts - Custodian to the Margins and Profitability - Design and implement collections and recovery plan - Product configuration analysis - Timely billing - Monitor business performance and highlight deviations with recommendations to course correction - Trends and Data Analytics - Utilize metrics to assess and drive financial performance, ensuring objectives are met. i.e. -RPS, Cohort Analysis and Performance Analysis- - Cohort Analysis and Performance Analysis - Create dashboards to enable quick review and decision making - Liaise with the Central F&amp;A team for all the support Business requires Requirements : - Chartered Accountant or equivalent degree with 8-10 years of experience. - Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems - Effective oral and written communication skills with a strong ability to efficiently communicate financial results to both financially and non-financially oriented persons. - Strong business partnering and interpersonal skills. - High degree of proficiency with Excel, MS Access and PowerPoint. - Worked on BIG 5 will be added advantage
