AVP - Business Finance - Private Equity/Venture Capital

A PE/VC setup is looking for CA with 5 to 9 years of post qualification experience, ONLY in

Consumer/eCommerce setup in Business Finance function.The incumbent shall be responsible for:

1. Answering investor queries around tax, compliance, and so on.

2. Managing the drawdown letters - coordinate with the respective teams.

3. Ensuring the flow of SEBI Compliance - SEBI reporting is outsourced; the individual will be responsible for ensuring that the latest regulations are being complied with.

4. Involvement in Financial diligence and tax researching activities while investing in any portfolio company.

5. Business Finance - Involvement in business plans of the portfolio companies - heading their MIS + Benchmarking of these companies.
